Adolescent change makers program
Girls in this program are provided the space and support to develop their personal leadership style, learn to identify issues and areas of need in their communities and build tangible skills to address those issues. This program creates opportunities for girls 11-18 to develop as leaders in their schools and communities. This program supports; high school scholarship, mentoring, leadership academies and community service.
Gap Year Program
Girls (secondary school leavers) in this program are supported to gain skills, grow in maturity and confidence. They are able to volunteer, build their resumes and create positive impact in their communities and lead others to do same.
Young Women Innovation in Leadership Program
This program centers around providing safe spaces for young women in various field of work to harness their inner strength and and thrive in a competitive world. SmartHER offers special support to women-owned SMEs, including providing innovative products, mentoring services, capacity building and promotion of start-ups This is to change the lives of hundreds of women and create an enabling environment for women to thrive successfully.
